Shana is the Founder and CEO of Hummingbird Strategic Partners LLC, where she advises investment managers on operational infrastructure, regulatory compliance and strategic partnerships to help them build, scale and endure.
Across two decades in asset management, Shana has developed experience spanning regulatory compliance, operational strategy, client reporting and servicing, organizational transformation, change management and strategic partnerships. She has served as a C-Suite and senior executive within the Asset Management industry across private equity, hedge, venture, and wealth management.
Shana has been recognized as a 2025 Crain’s New York Business Notable Leader in Finance and a 2022 Black Women in Asset Management 40 Under 40 honoree. Her leadership also extends beyond the corporate arena through board and civic service; she serves on the board of the Rockhouse Foundation, the Council of Urban Professionals, and the National Association of Investment Companies: Women in Alternatives.
